A couple nights ago, my parents and Jordan's family went and walked the Brooklyn Bridge from Manhattan. We were there in time to see the sun set from the bridge over the New York City skyline. Beautiful. We went to a delicious pizza place, Ignacio's, underneath the bridge. Funny story: In order to get to Ignacio's, you have to walk right past a super popular pizza place, Grimaldi's, where people are waiting for hours to get a table. We just walked down the block, turned right, and were seated immediately! We felt pretty good about that.
The pizza was delicious. We had a beautiful view of Manhattan and the bridge as all the city lights appeared at dusk. After dinner, we all trooped back across the bridge. Such a fun night with both of our families!
As we walked across the bridge, Jordan and I realized this was soon to be our new home in just a few short months. So crazy. We're so excited to move out here and start a new life together!
