You know what's really fun? Living in an apartment in New York City.
You know what's a little less fun? Not having furniture in said apartment.
Something about sitting at a table for meals just sounds really appealing, no?
So we spent this weekend in Brimfield Massachusetts all weekend at an antiques show scoping out killer pieces of furniture for even killer prices. Observe.
This dresser now sits in our bedroom. Clothes! Off the floor! It's a miracle.
So many treasures to be found.
Meet Dale the whale. He came home with us :)
Whales were kind of all over the place, actually. Don't worry, nothing else compared to our Dale.
Our little wagon of treasures. You better believe people were eying that tulip table of ours ALL over the place.
We also decided to forgo a typical couch and try a buggy out instead. I kid.
The couch that we almost bought but eventually passed on.
Huge mirror for our bedroom.
Jordan ordered two "sides" of fries for lunch without realizing they were more like meals. So we ended up having fries for lunch!
This show was huge. Stalls were set up alongside the road for at least a mile.
My favorite find of the day. This chair is perfection and it is ours :) People were literally cat-calling us as we wheeled this baby back to the car. "That's a NICE chair!" "I know! It's mine!"
It was incredibly hard to pass up this tiny bed for Elliott. Can you imagine?? Gah. Good thing we bought him a little antique garage instead.

I like your choices! But I NEED a picture of Elliot in his house!
ReplyDeletei have a seriously problematic obsession with quirky furniture and....and...i should drive across the country to come to this magical place? yes?
