Something you find out very quickly when moving to New York is that your shoes, no matter how cute and practical they previously were, have a seriously decreased life expectancy. My shoes were already in a pretty sad state before moving here, so it was obvious a trip to the shoe store was in order. Oh darn ;) Check out my new kicks! I'm kind of in love with them. Best part about them? I can walk for miles in them (literally) without getting blisters and sore feet. It is a happy day around here, folks.
